eor.bd respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with international copyright standards and the Cyber Security Act 2023 of Bangladesh, we have implemented the following procedures for reporting alleged copyright or content infringement.
1. Reporting Infringement
If you believe that any content hosted on https://www.eor.bd/ infringes upon your copyright or violates local laws, please submit a formal “Takedown Notice” to our designated agent. Your notice must include:
Identification: A description of the copyrighted work or material you claim has been infringed.
Location: The specific URL(s) on our site where the material is located.
Contact Information: Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.
Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the material.
2. How We Respond
Upon receipt of a valid and complete Takedown Notice, eor.bd will:
Expeditiously Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
Notify the Contributor: Take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the content that a takedown has occurred.
Review Claims: Assess whether the content violates our terms or local Bangladesh regulations.
3. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice. This must include your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
4. Repeat Infringers
As a Trusted Employer of Record for International Businesses, we maintain a high standard of professional conduct. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users or clients who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
