Before you write — is an EOR right for you?

An Employer of Record is not the right tool for every situation, and we would rather tell you that now than after a call.

An EOR fits when

  • You want staff in Bangladesh but no legal entity there
  • You need people working within weeks, not quarters
  • Headcount is small enough that an entity is not worth its own audit and filings
  • You want one invoice instead of local payroll, tax and HR admin
  • You are testing the market before committing

An EOR is the wrong tool when

  • You need a registered entity to sign local contracts or hold a licence
  • Headcount is large enough that a per-employee fee exceeds running your own entity
  • You want to own local IP through a Bangladeshi company
  • You need a physical branch office presence for regulatory reasons

In those cases company incorporation is the honest answer, and we do that too.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions people ask before they get in touch

Answer these here and the enquiries that arrive are already halfway qualified.

Our management fee runs $199–$349 per employee per month depending on headcount, seniority and the statutory filings involved, charged alongside the employee’s gross salary in BDT. There are no platform fees and no currency conversion markup. Employer statutory contributions and approved expenses are billed at cost with the underlying receipts. Full stage-by-stage pricing sits on our step-by-step process page.

Once contracts are agreed, onboarding completes in 5–7 business days. That covers the compliant employment contract, document collection, identity verification, tax registration and setting up the first payroll run. Sourcing a candidate you have not yet found takes longer and depends entirely on the role — see hiring talent in Bangladesh for what that involves.

No. Registration is only needed if you want your own legal presence in Bangladesh. Our entity is already registered and tax-compliant, so your employees are hired under it from day one. You avoid the incorporation timeline, the paid-up capital requirement and the ongoing annual filings that come with owning a company.

Three things: the roles, the headcount, and a target start date. If you already have candidates, send their expected gross salaries as well. With those we return a written cost breakdown rather than a range, so you can compare it directly against running your own entity.

We are the legal employer of record under the Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006 — we hold the employment contract, run monthly BDT payroll and carry the compliance risk. You direct the day-to-day work exactly as you would with your own staff.
